About us and our B&B in Doolin
Seascape Bed and Breakfast has been owned and operated by the O'Connell Family since 1988. Many additions, extensions and renovations later, we are proud of our home and the welcome
we give the many visitors who pass through our doors.
Mary Jo hails from the US and has enjoyed meeting and greeting visitors to Seascape for many years. Michael is the ninth generation farming on his land. In his spare time he is a commercial
fisherman. Between them, they have a wealth of information to share about Doolin and the North Clare area.
It is always gratifying to hear our children say, there is no place they would rather have grown up. Some of them have 'flown the coup', but they love to return, meet up with old friends down
at the pub, wake up to the sounds of the country and the sea, and smell the sausages sizzling.
